
Peta Greenfield completed her PhD in Ancient History and Classics at the University of Sydney, Australia (2012). Her research focuses on the intersections of the social, the political, and the religious in the Late Republic and the Early Principate of Rome. Her work on the Vestal Virgins and the rule of Augustus has been brought to the screen through partnership with TED-Ed and reached an audience of over 8M. She is the co-host of The Partial Historians podcast with Dr Fiona Radford which is a detailed exploration of Ancient Roman History.
